MFO is committed to safeguarding the privacy of all Users.
The type and amount of information MFO receives and stores depends on how Users use the Site. Users are not asked to provide any personally identifiably information to access the Site. The Site is hosted externally. Therefore, MFO analyzes anonymously collected data and information statistically, with the aim of increasing the data protection and data security of our enterprise, and to ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data we process. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a User.
MFO does not collect personally identifiable information (such as Users' name, address, phone number, or e-mail address) on the Site unless Users provide it when applying for an employment position using the web form on the Site.
As voluntarily provided by the User, a User’s e-mail address and other personal data will be retained by MFO in a secure environment and will only be used in association with an employment application. Personnel data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. MFO does not pass Users' personal data to third parties in any form, under any circumstances.
The MFO collects and processes the personal data of job applicants submitted electronically by means of the web form on the Site. If the MFO concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the information submitted on the Site will be stored outside of the Site server for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with legal requirements. If no employment contract is concluded with an applicant, the application content will be erased via periodic automatic deletions. At any time, a job applicant can request a change or deletion of his or her personal data by writing to email@mfo.org. Upon receiving such a request, if the MFO continues to maintain the job applicant’s personal data, the MFO would take appropriate action regarding the request.
Materials provided on this Site are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. MFO specifically does not make any warranties or representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any Materials. MFO periodically adds, changes, improves, or updates the Materials on this Site without notice. As a condition of use of the Site, the User agrees to indemnify MFO and its information providers or content providers from and against any and all actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of the User's use of this Site, including, without limitation, any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by the User of these Terms. If the User is dissatisfied with any Material on the Site or with any of its Terms, the User's sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

Pursuant to the 1981 Protocol to the 1979 Egypt-Israel Peace Treaty, the 1982 Headquarters Agreement with Italy, and laws enacted in a number of countries, the MFO enjoys immunity from the civil and criminal jurisdiction of local courts and other privileges and immunities customarily accorded international organizations. The operation of this Site and the material presented in it do not in any way constitute a waiver of MFO immunity before the courts of any jurisdiction.
