Job Title: Human Resources Assistant
Location: Sinai, Egypt
Requirements: Completion of secondary school/high school and a minimum of 3 years' experience in personnel administration. A University Degree is an advantage. Computer literacy to include use of common MS Office Suite programs, as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, are essential. Working knowledge of Spanish and proficiency in SAP or other ERP system highly desirable.
Description: The Human Resources Assistant shall provide administrative services for all international and locally hired personnel, including in and out processing, time-keeping and SAP data entry, be an informed source of information on personnel matters for staff members, prepare weekly reports and documentation for performance evaluations, prepare correspondence/messages and coordinate travel arrangements.
A two-year renewable, unaccompanied-status contract including housing, meals and recreational facilities is offered as well as a competitive tax free/tax reimbursed salary.
