| ›› France's commitment to the MFO has been unbroken since 1982. Until June 2010, France provided the MFO with fixed wing support which included aircraft, crew and air staff officers. |

| ›› The Contingent |
|
| Currently, the French Contingent consists of two Army Lieutenant Colonels who work within the Liaison Branch, one in North Camp as the Deputy Chief of Liaison and the second as the senior South Camp Liaison Officer. The tour of duty for these Contingent personnel is one year. |
