MFO - Multinational Force and Observers

Egypt, Israel and the United States are each committed to share equally the budget requirements of the MFO. With their support, the MFO has solicited financial support from other donors to help bear the fiscal burden of maintaining the Peace.

In recognition of the Egyptian Israeli Peace Treaty as the fundamental building block of a wider peace process, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway and Switzerland currently each make contributions to the MFO. In doing so, they make tangible their commitment to Middle East peace. Their contributions are of great practical significance to the MFO in meeting its budget and confronting contingencies.
